Motor impeller Mercury (Girante Mercury) Sergio Lanna

Motor impeller Mercury 5 CV 2 stroke I did this in PLA for a friend, he told me that it should be fine because it shouldn't reach high temperatures because cold water passes through it. still has not tried it though.
The impeller's shovels is like rubber/flexible material. I mentioned this to my friend but he told me that in any case the central part was rigid and that he wanted to try it anyway.

Update: My friend tried the impeller again for a few minutes to compare it to the original one and noticed that the original one produces a more constant flow of water.

Update2: Using the precise measurement from the data sheet, the print needed a trim at the tips of the blades, for this reason I added a .stl file for filament printing with the blades lower than 0.5 mm


Girante per motore Mercury 5 CV 2 tempi
Realizzata in PLA per un mio amico che mi ha detto che non dovrebbe raggiungere alte temperature poiché c'è un passaggio di acqua fredda.
Inoltre le pale della girante originale sono in materiale gommoso, però il mio amico ha detto che voleva testarlo comunque poiché la parte centrale era comunque in materiale rigido.

Aggiornamento: Il mio amico ha provato di nuovo la girante per un pò di minuti per confrontarla con quella originale ed ha notato che quella originale produce un flusso di acqua più costante.

Aggiornamento 2: Utilizzando la misura precisa da data sheet la stampa ha avuto bisogno di una rifilata alle punte delle pale, per questo ho aggiunto un file .stl per stampa con stampanti a filamento, con le pale più basse di 0,5 mm
