This is a 5.75" ring used to cut perfect circular dough for cooking small pies, or empanadas. You use pie doug, cut it into circles and fill with delicious stuff - fruit, stew, chicken/mushroom/rice, fold the dough over and seal with a sittle water and press with a fork then bake or deep fat fry to golden brown..then eat 'em. Delicious. My ring just cutter makes them nicer..
