Print in ABS and Bridge Nylon (optional) on a printer with a minimum 186mm (7.3in) build height. Slice with 1mm layers, 15% honeycomb infill, 30mm/sec perimeter speed. No support is required with these print settings. Print one birdhouse, one birdhouse top, and two dowel clips in ABS. Print the bail in Nylon for a sturdier, more flexible piece. A 6 inch long 1/4in dowel is used to secure the top to the house and the clips keep the dowel from drifting.
